Farmers don't need tech that delivers more profits and enables you to get back to focusing on what you do best –sustaining society.
Farmers have been offered more technology than any business can reasonably carry. Dashboards, subscriptions, sensors, apps on top of apps. You don’t need to know how a smartphone works yet they’re generally pretty easy to use.
Two Hands absorbs the technology complexity so you don't have to think about it. Six years of commercial operation across Australia and Asia, and significant due diligence across the UK, went into making this straight forward for you.
Recognising ArcZero.
The work of ArcZero (arczeroni.org) in measuring, recording and verifying the real nature performance of individual farms is foundational. ArcZero established the science, the methodology and the proof that soil carbon and greenhouse gas emission reduction impact can be measured on a working farm to a level of rigour the industry had not previously achieved.
What ArcZero proved on seven pioneering farms, five of which carry livestock, the Two Hands consortium now aims to scale across UK agriculture, without farmer investment and without government subsidy. Two Hands carries the measurement cost on the platform's commercial model. The benefit flows to you.
Digital wallets - Your data, under your name, in your possession.
Every farmer and fisherman on Two Hands receives a digital wallet. Think of it as a private vault on your phone or laptop or both - holding everything about your produce, your practices and your land: carbon inventory, soil health, biodiversity, provenance records, nutrient density – and as we grow we’ll incorporate all farm data - water, air, wellbeing, community resilience.
The important part: you own it. Not us. Not the supply chain. Not a processor or retailer. You control who sees it, who uses it and on what terms. As that data creates value and needs to be accessed by others (including government) the value flows to you.
Everywhere else, the supply chain and agricultural industry players extract the value of your data and keeps it. Two Hands changes this.
Three ways your stewardship starts showing up in your income.
1) A greater share of the value your produce creates
By connecting farmers directly with end-buyers, Two Hands reengineers the food supply chain, starting from the chef's order rather than the middlemen commodity pool, and removes participants who add cost without adding value.
Our commercial operation shows supply chain savings of more than 20% compared to conventional chains. In our collaborative supply chain, those savings are shared between producers and end-buyers rather than absorbed by middlemen. Two Hands earns its fees through these supply chain savings.
2) Recognition and reward for land stewardship.
Nature markets, paying farmers for verified nature outcomes, have been slow to mature. Greenwashing has been a disgrace, financially hurting many nature market buyers. You see, the data buyers need has never existed in verifiable form that's trustworthy and bankable. Working with consortium partners, Two Hands eliminates greenwashing by verifying source data on your farm. We use technology making all data coming through our platform transparent, auditable and permanent – thus making the data trustworthy. Two Hands establishes the record your land is already earning but the market has never seen:
• Soil and farm carbon inventory
• Reduction in greenhouse gas emissions
• Improved biodiversity
• Water and air quality (near-term roadmap)
Each is measured independently, authenticated and held in your digital wallet. When customers or nature markets want verified outcomes, you have them. When regulators change reporting requirements, you already comply
3) ESG data the end-buyer pays for
Retailers, hospitality groups, hospitals and large corporates under legislation are required to report scope 3 emissions and nature impact across their supply chains. They need authenticated data at the portion level and do not currently have it. Two Hands provides it. With farmer's permission, that data moves with your produce to the end-buyer, and the commercial value of supplying that data flows back to you through our platform.
None of this requires a new app on your phone. None of it requires you to learn new systems. The measurement, recording and verification happens in partnership with our consortium specialists. You focus on farming
In today's supply chains, farmers are faceless. Two Hands changes that.
In a conventional supply chain, the farmers are faceless, their regions invisible, and everything between the gate and the plate is a black box. Good, mediocre and imported produce are commingled by middlemen. The farmer who has spent generations building soil health receives the same grade price as the operation not focused on building life in the soil.
That is how farmers are commoditised. It is also how food systems go wrong. Because the signal that would otherwise reward quality and stewardship is stripped out.
Two Hands works differently. Every portion of your produce carries a QR code linking directly to you. Your land. Your practices. The region and its ecology, people and history. The diner at the table and the chef in the kitchen see you, not a commodity.
We have watched this happen for six years in Australia and Asia. Fishermen from small inlets built direct relationships with executive chefs in Shanghai Michellin restaurants. Producers who used to send their catch or crop into an anonymous pool received photographs of plated dishes from the other side of the world — with thank-you notes from the people eating what they produced.
Your brand. Your region. Your sacred story. Direct to the people eating what you grow or catch.
Nutrient density — your beef compared to all other beef.
There is along-running conversation in the industry about whether stewardship produces better food. Two Hands settles the question with data.
The Two Hands consortium includes specialist, world-leading independent laboratories building the largest authenticated nutrient density database in food. The measurement captures the actual nutritional content of what comes off your farm, and compares it to the same produce from a large database. Your beef is compared to mass produced beef. Tomatoes to tomatoes. Carrots to carrots.
If your soil is healthier, its revealed in the food. The data proves what you already know. And because its authenticated by Two Hands technology, it is defensible in a way self-declared claims never are. We deliver truth and authenticity, cutting through labels such as organic that have sadly too often been industrialised.
The last audits you'll need to do.
Most farmers working toward certified sustainability — organic, regenerative, LEAF, RedTractor, the rest — describe the audit burden as the single most exhausting part of the work. Forms. Farm visits. Photocopied receipts going back twelve months.
Two Hands removes this burden. Because all farm data is authenticated with Digital Trust technology, and every event in the supply chain is authenticated, recorded permanently and can't be altered or manipulated, there is nothing left to audit. The nutrient density delivers the highest level of truth in farm practices. Records are already verified. Certification bodies, ESG teams and regulators can draw directly from your digital wallet, with your permission. The afternoons spent on paperwork go back to activities that matter.
Nothing upfront. No usage fees.
Two Hands operates on a transaction fee paid from the supply chain savings the platform creates. There is no upfront cost to farmers. No subscription. No hardware. No sensors you have to purchase. Our consortium partners handle the measurement recording and verification, and their costs are covered by the platform's commercial model. We commit to over 80% of any income from your data usage, ESG reporting and nature credits being returned to farmers in additional income.
Our crawl before we walk before we run approach: with your permission, we start by organising and establishing your authenticated baseline - following the ARCZero success in Northern Ireland. From there, we build toward continuous measurement as the technology and the commercial model mature together.

"Two Hands opens up the market, provides me withcertainty in pricing, gets the fish to the customer quicker and fresher, andmakes sure that chefs know the true provenance of what we do. At the end of theday, it means I can spend more time doing what is important for me and myfamily: fishing."
